Office Policy

We understand that you may need to cancel an appointment occasionally.

In such circumstances, please contact us no later than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. You may do so by calling 215-938-7301 or using the patient portal.

If you do not show up for your appointment, or cancel less than 24 hours on the same day as scheduled appointment, a $50 charge must be paid before any future appointments are made.

You, the patient, have the right to always expect a respectful care team at Progressive Dentistry. In return, we at Progressive Dentistry expect the patient to be respectful to all of our team members. Whether in person or virtually, the patient will not yell, threaten or otherwise act inappropriately with any care team member. Progressive Dentistry has zero tolerance for this behavior and the result of said behavior may be termination from our practice.
